This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipping of products purchased from Abbkiz ("we," "us," or "our") on our dropshipping store website (the "Service"). As a dropshipping store, we work with various suppliers to fulfill your orders directly.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Note: Processing times may vary depending on the specific product and supplier. During peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances, processing times might be slightly longer.

 

Estimated Shipping Times

Since we work with multiple suppliers located globally, shipping times can vary significantly depending on the product, the supplier's location, and your delivery address.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically, orders are delivered within 7-20 business days from the date of shipment.

  • International Shipping: For international orders, delivery can take 10-30 business days or longer, depending on the destination country's customs procedures and local postal services.

  • Disclaimer: These are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery times may be longer due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, postal service issues, or unexpected events. We do not guarantee delivery dates.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We may offer:

  • Free Shipping: For certain products or order values, as indicated on the product page or at checkout.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: A fixed shipping fee applied to your order.

  • Calculated Shipping: Shipping costs based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

Order Tracking

Multiple Shipments

Due to the dropshipping model, if you order multiple items, they may be sourced from different suppliers. This means your order might arrive in separate packages and at different times. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

 

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping fees.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office and neighbors. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at info@abbkiz.com within [e.g., 7 days] of the reported delivery date. We will assist you in contacting the carrier and, if necessary, work with our supplier to find a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, subject to our investigation.

  • Damaged Packages: If you receive a damaged package, please take photos of the damage before opening it, and then photos of the damaged item(s) inside. Contact us immediately at info@abbkiz.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with our supplier to arrange a replacement or refund.

 

Cancellations and Changes

Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our suppliers for processing. Therefore, we may not be able to cancel or make changes to an order once it has been submitted. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
